At Soul Stir our mission is to promote self-care, wellness and community through the practice of tea ritual!
Our Founders
Soul Stir founders Kristina and Erin Walden aka
The Soul Sisters of Tea™ were first introduced to tea and naturopathic practices during their childhood, and their passion for both steeped over time.
Tea has long been an integral part of their personal self care routines, and a practice that they graciously share with others. The Soul Sisters of Tea™ love creating and sharing unique experiences that support wellness and build community through the power of tea!

Our Service Philosophy
At Soul Stir serving tea is our service to community. Serving others is an act of grace that we take great pride in, and we do so with gratitude and love. To us, tea is much more than a beverage, it’s an experience and a form of communion with self and others.

Private Rights of Passage Tea Ceremony
My daughter left her tea ceremony nourished and nurtured. She woke up the next morning glowing and smiling. Having her very own first sister circle literally surrounded by friends and family was the perfect way to mark this new phase. It's my hope that one day every girl will have the opportunity to experience this kind of event. So much thought was put into every detail.
